Linda Messano is the senior vice president and general manager for SAIC's Platform Integration, Logistics, Readiness, and Sustainment Market Segment responsible for strategic growth of the company’s capabilities in ground combat and technical vehicles; weapons systems; supply chain management; and system sustainment..

Previously Messano was the senior vice president for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies and Commands Customer Group, a $900 million organization focused on delivering technical and engineering services, enterprise information technology (IT) services, supply chain management, and logistics services throughout the United States and abroad. Customers included the Combatant Commands, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Defense Information Systems Agency, Defense Logistics Agency, Missile Defense Agency, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, and the Defense Health Agency.

Prior that position, she served as SAIC’s vice president of operations for the Defense Health Agency and Defense Logistics Agency accounts. In that role, she was responsible for the operations and business development of an overall portfolio valued at more than $600 million.

Messano joined SAIC in 2004 after SAIC acquired ProcureNet Inc., where she had been employed since 1986. At ProcureNet, she was responsible for the oversight of government and commercial supply chain and logistics contracts and assisted in business development, captures, and proposals.

Messano received her bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in Italian from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
