Our Family of Companies
In fiscal year 2000, we formed SAIC Venture Capital Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary, to make minority investment in strategic emerging technologies important to our business areas. SAIC's technology commercialization effort makes available SAIC intellectual property through licensing, "spinouts," and other business activities that are part of the SAIC Venture Capital Corporation portfolio. Bechtel SAIC Company, LLC
A joint venture between SAIC and Bechtel, Bechtel SAIC Company, LLC provides research, engineering and nuclear science capabilities to meet the unique challenge of science and engineering for the Yucca Mountain Project.
Benham
Benham, a subsidiary of SAIC, and its subsidiaries The Benham Companies and Benham Constructors, are wholly owned subsidiaries of SAIC.
Danet
Designs and develops software for a variety of technical and commercial application areas requiring or using telecommunications and expert systems.
Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc. (EMA)
A wholly owned subsidiary of SAIC, EMA is a recognized leader in technology, engineering, management and logistics support.
MedProtect
A wholly owned subsidiary of SAIC, MedProtect was established to prevent, detect, and investigate health care-related fraud, waste and abuse. MedProtect allows for the performance of program integrity-related work in an organization separate from the parent SAIC organization, thus minimizing any potential organizational conflicts of interest with work in the parent company.
SAIC-Frederick, Inc.
SAIC-Frederick, Inc. develops and applies advanced technologies to accelerate the translation of basic research discoveries into products for patients with cancer and AIDS. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAIC and dedicated to a single contract to the National Cancer Institute at Frederick (NCI-Frederick).

SAIC international entities include SAIC Europe Limited, SAIC Limited in the United Kingdom, and SAIC Canada. SAIC entities are also located in South America and the Pacific Rim.
