SAIC has chosen Bright Horizons as our backup childcare provider. This benefit is available when normal childcare arrangements are unavailable; emergencies arise or while seeking permanent childcare arrangements. Employee Assistance Plan
The Employee Assistance Plan is a confidential assessment and referral program designed to help employees and their families deal with personal issues that may affect their health, family life or job performance.
Employee Networks
SAIC has two employee networks, the Women's Network and the Multicultural Network. The purpose of these networks is to provide a forum for learning, understanding, and supporting the professional growth of employees, particularly women and people of color; and to help recruit, develop, advance, and retain employees, particularly women and people of color by leveraging the collective knowledge, perspective, skill, and experience of all participants through internal and external networking programs and activities.
Health & Wellness
Select SAIC locations have Wellness/Fitness Centers. These centers are full-service fitness facilities dedicated to enhancing employee health. They feature a variety of cardiovascular and strength training equipment as well as an aerobics studio with wide range of group exercise classes. In addition, SAIC facilitates discounts for gym memberships, health programs and services.
SAIC University
Knowledge, training and education are critical components of SAIC's success. SAIC University develops training and performance support tools that enable SAIC employees to perform their jobs more effectively.
