We recognize that in today's increasingly diverse global marketplace, our long-term success depends on our commitment to attracting, retaining, and developing the best and brightest individuals from the world's diverse talent pool. To that end, we have been focusing energy and investments on developing and strengthening strategic initiatives to grow future leaders, improve work force diversity, and expand training opportunities. Examples include redesigning leadership development training and formalizing succession planning.
