SAIC's corporate headquarters has relocated to the company's facilities in McLean, Va., from San Diego, Calif., as of September 24, 2009.

SAIC and its subsidiaries now have approximately 45,000 employees worldwide. SAIC employs approximately 17,500 people in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. Area, making it the area's fourth largest employer.
