James E. Cuff

James E. Cuff is the executive vice president for Corporate Development. Cuff, who joined SAIC in 1991, has over 26 years of experience serving in several leadership roles in the logistics and systems integration industry, and a solid track record in business development.

Previously, Cuff was a senior vice president and general manager of SAIC’s Logistics and Engineering Solutions Business Unit, where he grew the business unit from $100M to over $700M in eight years. Prior to that, he worked as a program manager, business development manager, division manager, and operations manager.

Prior to joining SAIC in 1991 through the acquisition of Logistics Systems Architects, Cuff served four years in several senior positions, and seven years in the private sector systems integration business, serving in a variety of management and business development positions.

Cuff holds a bachelor of science in managerial economics from the University of California at Davis.
