James E. Cuff

Director, Business Development

Mr. James Cuff is the director of business development for SAIC. He is the senior vice president and general manager of the Logistics and Engineering Solutions Business Unit. Cuff has over 26 years of experience serving in several leadership roles in the logistics and systems integration industry, and a solid track record in business development.

As the business unit general manager, Cuff is responsible for customer satisfaction and overall performance of the business unit, which has annual revenues of approximately $700 million and over 1,500 employees, has over 20 locations around the world and over 400 active projects. Core logistics business areas include supply chain management, operational logistics, asset visibility and management, distribution and transportation, logistics information technology solutions, and engineering solutions.

Mr. Cuff serves as the chairman of the board for Varec, an SAIC wholly-owned subsidiary, and as a board director for EAI, an SAIC wholly-owned subsidiary.

Prior to joining SAIC in 1991, Mr. Cuff spent four years at Logistics Systems Architects in several senior positions, and seven years in the private sector systems integration business, serving in a variety of management and marketing positions.

Cuff holds a Bachelor of Science in managerial economics from the University of California at Davis.
