To request Service Desk support, SAIC employees must contact the SAIC Service Desk at Domestic: 877-WWW-SAIC (877-999-7242); International: 00 + 1 + 865-481-1010.

To gain access to ISSAIC and set up an SAIC Username/Password, employees should follow the Need Access to ISSAIC? instructions.

Password resets and limited emergency services are available to SAIC employees outside regular hours by calling the Service Desk and following the recorded instructions.

Hours of Operation

The service desk is available 24 hours a day x 7 days a week x 365 days a year.
