SAIC Named 2013 System Integrator of the Year


Company Awarded Honors By Control Engineering

MCLEAN, Va. (December 17, 2012) –Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) [NYSE: SAI] was recently named the 2013 System Integrator of the Year by Control Engineering for its superior technical competence, business skills, and customer satisfaction. A wide range of engineering firms entered the publication’s competition this year, and SAIC stood out as the best in its respective annual revenue category: over $15 million.

Systems integration refers to the design and implementation of at least some portion of the computerized control systems required for clients’ industrial machinery, manufacturing lines, and automated production facilities. Each year, a panel of Control Engineering editors and industry experts select the System Integrator of the Year award winners based on essays and documentation submitted.
