SAIC’s process for working with temporary/contract labor staffing agencies and direct placement staffing agencies is provided below.
Temporary/Contract Labor Staffing Agencies
Per our corporate policies, SAIC adds temporary staffing vendors via a formal, nationwide, competitive request for proposal (RFP) effort through its corporate offices. Each temporary staffing agency is selected by a team of SAIC personnel based on established criteria. SAIC is very strict in its adherence to this corporate policy and does not add temporary staffing agencies outside of this formal competitive process.
Direct Placement Staffing Agencies
Occasionally we work with direct placement staffing agencies to help fill requisitions. Searches eligible for direct placement agency collaboration are issued through an approved direct placement agency agreement. Please do not forward resumes to our jobs email, SAIC employees, SAIC managers, or other company locations.
SAIC is not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes. Please do not contact our management team directly. Resumes submitted without an approved agency agreement will result in forfeiture of fees if that candidate is hired.
Placing Employees with SAIC
