Onboarding

Once you have received an offer of employment, your official onboarding experience will begin. This process is designed to welcome you, make you feel comfortable, and to provide all the information and support you need to start your SAIC career. Our customized onboarding portal provides you with individual tours for each step of the process.

You will be provided the necessary information at the appropriate time to access your onboarding tours:

• Join

  The first tour includes basic information on the SAIC brand, the various advantages of working here, and other information that helps frame your decision to join us.

• Engage

  This tour includes information to help you get started. You will learn about our ethics and mission credo, corporate responsibility information, and what to do on your first day.

• Onboard

  This tour will provide you with information that includes: forms to complete, descriptions of internal systems, details about benefits, training, and how to contact managers.

• Assimilate

  The next onboarding tour directs you on setting performance goals, as well as provides information on employee networks to join, recognition programs, and SAIC communities.

• Accelerate

  The last portion of the onboarding tour prepares you for your next manager meeting, in addition to supplying additional information on resources and employee development.
