Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) Services
Our CMMI® Services take a practical approach to identify and target your business risks related to CMMI practices. We implement solutions based on your level of business need, and appraise the organization using SEI accepted rules and standards. When appropriate, we integrate other performance improvement disciplines to provide clients with world-class best practices that address weaknesses found in areas that are a high priority to your business. CMMI Services include:
- Gap Analysis and Action Planning Workshops (can be Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) C compliant)
- SEI "Introduction to CMMI" training
- Consulting to address gaps and action items (separate from appraisals). Consulting is provided by process engineers or Lead Appraisers (independent of appraisals) as required by business needs
- Templates, forms, process descriptions, and training materials that can be adopted and tailored by your organization as needed
- Artifact Mapping Workshops to help you prepare for a formal appraisal by ensuring all of your artifacts are properly mapped to the CMMI practices (PIID) and mapping gaps are identified
- Progress Review Appraisals to identify discrepancies between what your have done and what would be expected in a formal appraisal. These can take the form or either a SCAMPI C or SCAMPI B appraisal depending on business needs
- SCAMPI A appraisals to formally recognize your process improvements against the CMMI and allow you to advertise your rating to the world if needed
