How to Obtain Verification

Current and former SAIC employees can provide proof of employment and income with secure, 24/7 access through a toll-free number and web site.

Here is the process for SAIC employees, outside firms, or agencies requesting verification:

Current and Former SAIC Employees Initiating Verification

If you are an employee initiating verification, supply the firm or agency with the following:

• Your Social Security number
• SAIC employer code: 12275
• One-time use salary key (only needed for income verification). To establish a salary key, call 800-367-2884 or go to The Work Number® and select the "Enter Employee Section" link.

Note: If you left SAIC prior to 2003, please email hrcs@saic.com or phone 1-866-955-SAIC and select #2.

Outside Firms Requesting Verification

If you are an outside firm verifying someone's employment and/or income at SAIC, you will need:

• Employee's Social Security number
• SAIC employer code: 12275
• Salary key provided by the employee (only needed if you are verifying salary)

To complete verification, call 1-800-367-5690 or go to The Work Number and select the "Enter Verifier Section" link.

Social Service Agencies Requesting Verification

If you are a social service agency verifying someone's employment and/or income at SAIC, you will need:

• Registered fax number of your social services agency
• SAIC employer code: 12275
• Employee's Social Security number
