The SAIC team concept for CAAS IV is to provide a large, fully integrated and well-managed team that is able to maximize task order opportunities, ensure adequate bench strength in all task areas, and emphasize and exceed small business subcontracting goals.

Each member of our team receives copies of the task order requests for proposals (RFPs) as they are released and has the opportunity to competitively bid on each of them. Our entire team believes that customers come first and that our concept for centralized control of task order management and decentralized execution delivers the best performance results at a fair, competitive price.
