Statement of Guarantee

A statement of guarantee is not applicable to the services offered by SAIC.

For its products, SAIC will make available reasonably equivalent replacement parts for any particular product sold to the State of Texas for up to three years after the discontinuation of that product by SAIC or any of SAIC's material vendors for that product, whichever occurs earlier.
