The scope of Schedule 66 provides for UAV /UAS operations and support. The government customer may wish the contractor to provide a team containing all manpower and personal equipment/tools or to augment government personnel necessary to operate and maintain a complete government or contractor owned/leased UAV/UAS system for a specific period of time. On-going UAV/UAS support can be extended beyond the UAV/UAS dedicated systems and communications architectures to include support for follow-on systems and their associated design, development, implementation and 24/7 mission support. Typical contractor supported elements of a dedicated UAV/UAS platform include: the vehicle, operations centers, control segment, sensor platforms; intelligence gathering systems; reconnaissance and surveillance systems and associated Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of the data. PED elements can include command and control, tactics, techniques, and operational procedures. The Government defined and awarded this contract after evaluation based on contractor experience, negotiated cost reasonableness, and past performance. Services specified in a task order may be performed at the contractor's facilities or the ordering agencies' facilities. Locations of such support can be inside and/or outside the continental United States (CONUS and OCONUS). When task orders are placed, they must identify the SIN or SINs under which the task is being executed.
