The General Services Administration (GSA) and SAIC have teamed together to provide federal agencies with a broad range of telecommunications support services and turnkey solutions—from the user's desktop to your carrier's interconnection—under the Federal Technology Service Connections program. GSA Connections facilitates the convergence of voice, data, and video solutions in the federal workplace, supporting building and campus infrastructure needed across the enterprise.

GSA Connections is an eight-year, $35 billion Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) program established by GSA to support telecommunications and data network projects. Connections services and solutions may be acquired by any federal government agencies in the United States, its territories and possessions, through direct order direct use or through GSA.
