SAIC understands the need to provide consistent, accurate environmental, health and safety information to a geographically scattered, diverse audience in an expeditious and efficient manner. SAIC has proven expertise in transforming complex ideas and topics into clear and accessible information that targets and responds to a diverse audience using a wide variety of media. Specifically, SAIC provides remote advisory services via telephone, facsimile, and/or Internet in support of environmental needs, including hazardous materials spills, poisons, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs), and environmental regulatory requirements. SAIC has extensive experience in operating telephone hotline/call centers which provide the general public with information in areas including environmental, safety and health data and regulatory compliance; customer service. SAIC has also staffed help desks that provide technical information, assistance or support to narrow audiences. SAIC uses a team approach to research, validate and distribute peer-reviewed responses to inquiries.
