SAIC has established a superior record of performance with GSA that originated through our relationship with the GSA's Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM), the major user of the Millennia contract. FEDSIM provides a broad range of information technology services throughout the Federal Government. SAIC has been a GSA service provider since December 1986 through three successive multiple award indefinite quantity (MAIQ) contracts prior to the Millennia contract.
