The SAIC Advantage

SAIC has been providing information technology services to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for over 20 years. This history affords us keen insight into the unique needs of our VA clients, helping us to offer innovative solutions to support the VA. We apply our vast expertise in systems and network engineering, critical infrastructure management, and program management to help solve the tough problems our customers face.

As a company that has a significant veteran employee population, our commitment to serving the needs of veterans, their families and survivors is deep. We pull resources from across SAIC in order to develop solutions that can improve the quality of healthcare and benefit services that veterans and their dependents receive.

SAIC's dedication to supporting veterans extends to our relationships with veteran-owned (VO) and service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small businesses. We continuously strive to foster relationships with these companies, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding our service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses subcontracting goals. We offer these organizations training in business and proposal development, pricing strategies and program management at no cost to facilitate the growth of these firms in the federal marketplace.

This commitment to working with veteran-owned businesses is reflected in the composition of our T4 team. Of the 25 small businesses that comprise SAIC's T4 team, 15 are either VO or SDVO companies.
