The VETS GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO technology firms.

SAIC successfully teamed with several VETS awardees. This contract presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small-business goals through purchase of information technology solutions from small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans.

This contract is available for use by all federal agencies.

About the Contract

This SDVO small business set-aside, multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract provides information technology services in two functional areas (FAs). The total 10-year contract (five-year base period with one, five-year option) covers a broad range of IT services:

  • FA 1 Systems Operations and Maintenance, encompassing 38 technical subcategories grouped within:
    • Integration support
    • Data storage management
    • Network support
  • FA 2 Information Systems Engineering, encompassing 26 technical subcategories grouped within:
    • System and software design
    • Software engineering
    • IT strategic planning and studies
