Air Combat Command Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV
CAAS IV is the Air Combat Command and the Air Force District of Washington's strategic initiative to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to United States Air Force customers. The contract vehicle was awarded to SAIC on November 29, 2011. Performance includes work at both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
AMCOM EXPRESS
This contract for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) uses a blanket purchase agreement to provide advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers with Federal Supply Schedule contractors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. This contract also provides technical support for Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), the Program Executive Offices (PEO) and allies for fielded Army aviation and missile systems. SAIC develops and integrates advanced technologies during the entire life cycle including software development and maintenance. Representative examples include air and ballistic missile defense, fire support, close combat, aviation, command, control and communications; interoperability, intelligence/surveillance, and automatic test equipment.
Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services (CEOss)
SAIC provides services to the Marine Corps Systems Command through the Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement. There are four CEOss domains: engineering and scientific; acquisition, logistics and administration; business and analytical; and specialty engineering. SAIC's services include portfolio management, program and project management, systems engineering, technology management, enterprise architecture, financial management, and logistics.
ENCORE II Information Technology (IT) Solutions
ENCORE II provides Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the Department of Defense and other federal agencies with a flexible vehicle for engineering and interoperability of net-centric capabilities. It uses a competitive, streamlined procurement process and is available to all federal agencies.
Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)
SAIC has been selected as a prime contractor on the recently awarded Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) EAGLE contract. The Department-wide contract will be used to provide information technology solutions to DHS and the agencies that support its mission. SAIC and our industry teammates, especially our small businesses teammates, are ready to provide solutions and services to support the vital needs of DHS. Our downtown Washington, D.C., EAGLE Project Management Office (PMO) is staffed and eager to continue supporting the agencies involved in our homeland security mission with the wide variety of leading-edge services and solutions SAIC and our teammates provide.
SAIC is leading a team as the prime contractor in four Functional Categories: Infrastructure Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Software Development, and Management Support Services. Of the 25 companies selected for the unrestricted-track awards, SAIC was one of only four contractors to receive awards in four functional categories. This multi-award contract covers a five-year period of performance with two option years.
GSA - Advertising & Integrated Marketing Solutions (AIMS) Federal Supply Schedule
The GSA Advertising & Integrated Marketing Solutions Federal Supply Schedule allows Federal agencies to secure a wide array of communications services from SAIC on a delivery order basis at negotiated prices. These services include: public service announcements, press and public relations, web sites, videotape and film production, trade shows and exhibits, outdoor marketing, market research, graphic design, commercial art, and photography.
GSA - Alliant
The GSA Alliant contract offers government agencies flexibility in selecting contractors to accomplish state-of-the-art information technology (IT) systems solutions. The contract enables SAIC and other contractors to bid on task orders covering a broad range of management and technical IT support services for U.S. federal government organizations in the areas of infrastructure, application services and IT management services. The contract has a five-year base period, with one five-year renewal option to provide all the components of integrated IT solutions worldwide.
GSA - Connections II
CONNECTIONS II (CNX II) is the government's one-stop shop for buying telecommunications, network, and communications solutions. CNX II meets government agencies' equipment, building, and campus infrastructure needs, and it will provide professional services to support existing networks and design customized client-specific solutions. Whether an agency requires transition planning and integration services or infrastructure installation and implementation, CNX II provides a comprehensive solution for all federal agency telecommunications needs.
GSA - Financial and Business Solutions (FABS)
Under the FMS Schedule, SAIC may provide federal agencies with a wide variety of financial management and accounting services including services which relate to financial planning, budget formulation and execution, preparation of financial statements, financial reporting, performance measurement, management controls, financial accounting and management processes and systems, special cost studies, benchmarking, and outsourcing of recurring commercial activities.
GSA - Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS)
The Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract, a GSA schedule contract, provides a full range of services and products for consulting, facilitation, surveys, and training, which permits agencies to begin or continue MOBIS specified in D.O.s under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS).
GSA - Professional Engineering Services (PES)
The SAIC Federal Supply Schedule for Professional Engineering Services, a GSA schedule contract, provides a full range of services including Strategic Planning For Technology Programs/Activities; Concept Development and Requirements Analysis; System Design, Engineering and Integration; Test and Evaluation; Integrated Logistics Support; Acquisition and Life Cycle Management, and Construction Management.
Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 2 Services (ITES-2S)
This contract supports the Army enterprise infrastructure and info-structure goals with a full range of information technology solutions. The vehicle is available to any federal ordering official and work can be performed worldwide. Task areas include business process reengineering; information systems security; information assurance; information technology services; enterprise design, integration, and consolidation; education and training; program and project management, systems operation and maintenance, network management and network support.
Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e)
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time. The ordering community of SeaPort-e has expanded to include all Virtual Systems Command (SYSCOM) activities. Other activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps have also chosen to use SeaPort-e.

SeaPort-e
USDA Virtual Government (vGov) Project
SAIC supports the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) under the Virtual Government (VGov) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. Under the contract, SAIC provides virtual world software products including the enterprise-grade, secure On-Line-Interactive Virtual Environment (OLIVE) software platform to assist in the development of virtual world solutions. In addition to the OLIVE platform, SAIC provides development, integration, fielding, and training services to support the hosting of three-dimensional (3-D) worlds for federal employees and managers. These services support meetings, collaboration, training, learning, rehearsing and operating in the government-only online virtual worlds being developed under the vGov project. This contract is open to all Federal agencies.

vGov is enabling the federal government to build and host a highly reliable and available private world that is able to operate using firewalled or classified networks, and is capable of integrating with legacy and emerging technologies. The Agriculture and Homeland Security departments, Air Force and National Defense University iCollege have joined to create the vGov virtual government world behind a secure firewall that can only be accessed by federal employees with authenticated identities.
