Air Combat Command Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) III
SAIC supports the Air Force Air Combat Command's indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) CAAS III contract vehicle as one of four large business primes. Under this advisory and assistance services contract, support is provided in one of three main areas: management and professional services; studies, analysis and evaluations; and engineering and technical services. ACC issues task orders, primarily Time and Material (T&M) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP), which are competitively bid by SAIC using approved labor categories and ceiling rates.
Use of this vehicle is open to Headquarters, Air Combat Command, ACC wings/bases, and ACC units both at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) 4P
SAIC supports the AFCEE mission with architecture and engineering services to administer, coordinate and technically support environmental, military construction, military family housing, and facility sustainment, restoration and modernization programs of interest to the government. The 4P A-E contracts support the four AFCEE pillars: environmental conservation and planning, environmental quality, environmental restoration, and design and construction.

AMCOM EXPRESS
This contract for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) uses a blanket purchase agreement to provide advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers with Federal Supply Schedule contractors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. This contract also provides technial support for Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), the Program Executive Offices (PEO) and allies for fielded Army aviation and missile systems.
SAIC develops and integrates advanced technologies during the entire life cycle including software development and maintenance. Representative examples include air and ballistic missile defense, fire support, close combat, aviation, command, control and communications; interoperability, intelligence/surveillance, and automatic test equipment.

Catalog Information Systems Vendor (CISV)
SAIC, as a Texas Building and Procurement Commission (TBPC) Catalog Information Systems Vendor (CISV), allows qualified entities, including state agencies and political subdivisions, to purchase automated information system products and/or services in an efficient, cost effective, and competitive procurement method.
CIO Solutions & Partners 2 Innovations (CIO-SP2i)
The Chief Information Officer Solutions & Partners 2 Innovations (CIO-SP2i) contract provides strategic, agency-level support, and project-oriented IT solutions in: contract and task order management; chief information officer support; outsourcing; IT operations and maintenance; integration services; critical infrastructure protection and information assurance; digital government; enterprise resource planning; clinical support, research, and studies; and software development. The CIO-SP2 contract is available through December 2010 for use by all government agencies.
Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services (CEOss)
SAIC provides services to the Marine Corps Systems Command through the Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement. There are four CEOss domains: engineering and scientific; acquisition, logistics and administration; business and analytical; and specialty engineering. SAIC's services include portfolio management, program and project management, systems engineering, technology management, enterprise architecture, financial management, and logistics.
Design Engineering Support Program II (DESP II)
The Design Engineering Support Program (DESP) provides for the insertion of proven technologies and methods into Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) weapons systems and processes to reduce life-cycle costs; improve productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of Air Force maintenance, repair, and operational support activities; and improve performance, accuracy, reliability, maintainability, deployability, survivability, and supportability of Air Force systems, subsystems, and equipment.
ENCORE II Information Technology (IT) Solutions
ENCORE II provides Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the Department of Defense and other federal agencies with a flexible vehicle for engineering and interoperability of net-centric capabilities. It uses a competitive, streamlined procurement process and is available to all federal agencies.
Energy Savings Performance Contract - DOD
This contract provides for the design, implementation, and operation of projects that promote the use of renewable energy technologies, acquire energy and water conservation services, reduce energy and water consumption and/or associated utility costs, and may reduce energy and water-related operations and maintenance costs. Work can be performed for U.S. government installations or facilities throughout the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia, and U.S. Territories and possessions. The contract has a five year base period of performance with one five-year option.

Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)
SAIC has been selected as a prime contractor on the recently awarded Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) EAGLE contract. The Department-wide contract will be used to provide information technology solutions to DHS and the agencies that support its mission. SAIC and our industry teammates, especially our small businesses teammates, are ready to provide solutions and services to support the vital needs of DHS. Our downtown Washington, D.C., EAGLE Project Management Office (PMO) is staffed and eager to continue supporting the agencies involved in our homeland security mission with the wide variety of leading-edge services and solutions SAIC and our teammates provide.
SAIC is leading a team as the prime contractor in four Functional Categories: Infrastructure Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Software Development, and Management Support Services. Of the 25 companies selected for the unrestricted-track awards, SAIC was one of only four contractors to receive awards in four functional categories. This multi-award contract covers a five-year period of performance with two option years.
ED (US Department of Education) Information Technology Support Services (EDITSS)
EDITSS is a blanket purchase agreement under General Services Administration IT Schedule 70, providing a flexible, easy-to-use funding source and contracting process. This BPA is available for all Department of Education (ED) program offices to obtain program management, network operations and maintenance, end user support, and engineering and implementation support under new task orders. The BPA is currently in its third option year.

GITSS – Global Information Technology Support Services
The GITSS Contract is a flexible and responsive contract vehicle that supports the requirements of federal agency IT acquisition. The contract is ideal for retaining technical control of programs and avoiding long and expensive procurements. The vehicle offers Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and other federal agencies strategic, agency-level support, as well as project-oriented IT solutions.
It is a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract managed by the BuyIT.gov acquisition service at the Austin Automation Center (AAC), Austin, Texas. The contract was awarded under the provisions of the Government Management Reform Act. The contract is available for use by all Government agencies for eight (8) years commencing October, 2003. The contract offers a solutions-based approach in 22 task areas using Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), or Labor Hour (LH).

GSA – 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS)
This is an 8(a)-certified small business set aside contract. The contract holder must provide an aggregate of 51 percent of the personnel costs at the master contract level. GSA – Advertising & Integrated Marketing Solutions (AIMS) Federal Supply Schedule
The GSA Advertising & Integrated Marketing Solutions Federal Supply Schedule allows Federal agencies to secure a wide array of communications services from SAIC on a delivery order basis at negotiated prices. These services include: public service announcements, press and public relations, web sites, videotape and film production, trade shows and exhibits, outdoor marketing, market research, graphic design, commercial art, and photography.
GSA Alliant
The GSA Alliant contract offers government agencies flexibility in selecting contractors to accomplish state-of-the-art information technology (IT) systems solutions. The contract enables SAIC and other contractors to bid on task orders covering a broad range of management and technical IT support services for U.S. federal government organizations in the areas of infrastructure, application services and IT management services. The contract has a five-year base period, with one five-year renewal option to provide all the components of integrated IT solutions worldwide.
GSA – Applications 'n Support for Widely-diverse End-user Requirements (ANSWER)
The contract provides for a wide range of labor categories and skill levels with pre-negotiated labor rates by geographic region. IT services are provided in functional areas such as homeland security, eGovernment and automated information systems, critical infrastructure protection, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, knowledge management, configuration management, quality assurance, enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, customer relationship management, information assurance, information technology strategic planning, instructional system design, modeling and simulation, and information operations.
IT services provided include but are not limited to: requirements and design research, analysis and definition; system development and software maintenance; facilities planning; technical support; local area networks (LAN), metropolitan area networks (MAN) and wide area network (WAN) system management support; network system operations support; electronic input, which includes data input, desktop publishing and data preparation; specialized workstation support; computer equipment maintenance; systems installation and integration; production support; system software support; database generation; data and/or media management; orientation and training; and information center and help desk support.
GSA – COMMITS NexGen
COMMITS NexGen (Commerce Information Technology Solutions-NexGen) is a small business set aside ID/IQ Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) previously managed by the U.S. Commerce Department, which was moved in March 2008 to the General Services Administration. It is an information technology (IT) solutions task order contract available for use by all federal agencies.

GSA – COMMITS NexGen
GSA – Connections
Under the terms of the Connections contract, SAIC and other team members will provide telecommunications support services and solutions to federal government agencies. This will include infrastructure and building upgrades, voice, data and video systems, wire and cable management, wireless systems, billing and account management, customer service and technical support, and other innovative telecommunications solutions. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) services are also provided.
GSA – Facilities Maintenance and Management Schedule
(Former Energy Management Services)
This schedule provides federal agencies with a broad spectrum of products and services focused on improving operation and performance of the energy infrastructure at federal facilities to reduce costs and improve reliability. Services range from strategic energy planning to commodity procurement, risk management, on-site feasibility studies and design assistance.
GSA – Environmental Services Federal Supply Schedule
The General Services Administration (GSA) has improved efforts to make buying commercial products and services easier for Federal customers by awarding GSA Schedule contracts. SAIC has been awarded a GSA Schedule for Environmental Advisory Services to provide services on a delivery order basis at negotiated prices.
GSA – Financial and Business Solutions (FABS)
Under the FMS Schedule, SAIC may provide federal agencies with a wide variety of financial management and accounting services including services which relate to financial planning, budget formulation and execution, preparation of financial statements, financial reporting, performance measurement, management controls, financial accounting and management processes and systems, special cost studies, benchmarking, and outsourcing of recurring commercial activities.
GSA – IT Schedule
Under GSA's Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 Contract, all authorized government agencies and state and local government entities can purchase information technology services or products from SAIC. Purchasing services through the GSA Schedule can save time and millions of dollars a year in procurement costs.
SAIC's GSA IT Schedule GS-35F-4461G offers solutions for information technology requirements such as, telecommunications services, IPv4 to IPv6 transition support and specific IT related products. SAIC can provide a complete single-source solution through IT professional services labor categories (SIN 132-51), or through our Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 HSPD-12 professional services labor categories (SIN 132-62).
Services include but are not limited to program management, ERP consultants, software engineers, data warehouse specialists, system analysts, CTI specialists, network engineers and help desk. In addition to services, the IT schedule includes products from SAIC and leading technology providers that span a broad array of offerings in information technology hardware; including rugged IT solutions, geospatial software products; network security and call management products. With a GSA Schedule, the government has already negotiated contract prices and terms and conditions, so the lead time required to obtain services and products is dramatically reduced. SAIC has accepted the GSA Contract MOD to allow state and local government entities to utilize the GSA IT (Information Technology) Schedule 70 to procure the same products and services at rates and prices previously negotiated with the federal government.
GSA – Language Services Schedule
The GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract for Language Services offers an array of language services, including translation services, interpretation services and sign language services for domestic and/or overseas use by all federal government agencies and authorized organizations. Using a streamlined ordering process, agencies issue either Time and Material (T&M) or Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders for language services directly with SAIC using our approved labor categories and ceiling rates.
SAIC offers language services under two contract Special Item Numbers (SIN) that are available under this contract. Discounted rates may be offered on individual task orders.
GSA – Law Enforcement, Security, Emergency Preparedness & First Responder, Schedule 84
Under the General Services Administration federal supply schedule contract for Law Enforcement and Security Equipment contract number GS-07F-0210J, SAIC's diverse and in-depth knowledge of law enforcement and security equipment and services is available to all federal, state and local governments and other authorized agencies using a streamlined ordering process. The Law Enforcement and Security Equipment contract is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity multiple award schedule contract that provides for task orders to be placed as firm fixed-price or time and material basis using the labor categories and ceiling rates defined in the contract. The order type is at the discretion of the ordering agency.
Specialized law enforcement and security equipment products are also available via this contract vehicle. They consist of the RTR-4® Portable X-Ray Imaging System family of products and services, the VACIS® Inspection System family of products and services, and the EXPLORANIUM™ GR-135, AT-900 Series Radiation Portal Monitors, AT-980 Radiation Portal Monitor, and GR-460 Mobile Radiation Detection Systems.

This GSA contract is a Federal Supply Schedule offering worldwide logistics services and products for supply and value chain management, acquisition logistics, supply and repair, transportation and distribution, deployment logistics and logistics training services. The contract may be used to provide all resources including personnel, management, supplies, services, materials and transportation necessary to provide a wide range of logistics services as specified in each task order.
GSA – Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS)
The Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract, a GSA schedule contract, provides a full range of services and products for consulting, facilitation, surveys, and training, which permits agencies to begin or continue MOBIS specified in D.O.s under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS).
GSA – Millennia
This contract provides a broad scope of IT services including new and emerging technologies which will evolve over the life of Millennia. These services may be required throughout the United States, its territories and possessions, and in foreign countries. The scope of support to be provided under this solicitation is intended to cover all requirements for "Information Technology", including computers, ancillary equipment, software, firmware and similar procedures, services (including support services), and related resources. GSA – Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)
The VETS GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. SAIC successfully teamed with several VETS awardees. This contract presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small business goals through purchase of Information Technology solutions from small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans.
This is a 10-year (five-year base period with one, five-year option), multiple award, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract broadly covering information technology services in two Functional Areas (FAs). GSA – VETS
Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 2 Services (ITES-2S)
This contract supports the Army enterprise infrastructure and info-structure goals with a full range of information technology solutions. The vehicle is available to any federal ordering official and work can be performed worldwide. Task areas include business process reengineering; information systems security; information assurance; information technology services; enterprise design, integration, and consolidation; education and training; program and project management, systems operation and maintenance, network management and network support.
NATO Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)
Designed to streamline procurement, this IDIQ-type contract provides NATO agencies and government agencies of NATO member countries or Partnership for Peace countries access to SAIC's world-class high-technology professional services and products in all SAIC areas of business.
Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e)
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time. The ordering community of SeaPort-e has expanded to include all Virtual Systems Command (SYSCOM) activities. Other activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps have also chosen to use SeaPort-e.
Solutions for Intelligence Analysis (SIA)
SIA is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The maximum dollar value for all task orders that can be awarded to prime contractors, including SAIC, under this five year contract is $1 billion. Work may be performed at DIA locations nationally and overseas and will be issued by DIA out of the Washington Metro area.
Under the contract, SAIC will support the DIA mission with services in areas, including foreign cultures, regional dynamics, illicit drugs, infectious diseases and health, and emerging and disruptive technologies to provide effective analysis for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
Warfighter Analysis & Integration Program
The Warfighter Analysis & Integration Program provides analysis and integration, engineering, modeling and support for the US Army Space & Missile Defense Command Task Order/IDIQ.
