Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Training

SAIC has policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Information regarding these policies and procedures, including access to training, is provided here.

Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) criminalizes acts of bribery in pursuit of international business or the provision of anything of value in order to obtain an unfair advantage.

About FCPA Compliance Training

SAIC policies and procedures are designed to ensure compliance with the FCPA. The training provides information on these policies and procedures.

In particular, SAIC procedures regulate the hiring of international sales representatives as reflected in the SAIC Administrative Handbook. SAIC has put these important policies and procedures in place because under the FCPA, hiring a sales representative without following company procedures can create liability for both the company and the employees involved.

Who Should Take this Training

This training is designed for international sales representatives and consultants conducting international business activities on behalf of SAIC.

SAIC Employees: Please take the SAIC employee FCPA training on ISSAIC.
