SAIC's Employee Service Desk serves as SAIC's centralized support center for information and services pertaining to computing resources and information needs for SAIC Employees.

To request Service Desk support, SAIC employees must submit the Request for Service form on ISSAIC, SAIC's intranet:

To gain access to ISSAIC and set up an SAIC Username/Password, employees should follow the Need Access to ISSAIC? instructions.

If SAIC employees are not able to gain access to the on-line form through ISSAIC or need help changing their password, they may call the Service Desk directly at 858-826-2511 or Toll Free at 877-WWW-SAIC (877-999-7242).

Hours of Operation

Mon. - Fri.: 3:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PT)
Sat.: 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. (PT)

Password resets and limited emergency services are available to SAIC employees outside regular hours by calling the Service Desk directly at 858-826-2511 or Toll Free at 877-WWW-SAIC (877-999-7242) and following the recorded instructions.
