Liability and Asset Management

SAIC provides cost-effective, long-term liability and asset management (LAM) services that are designed to reduce exposure to third-party litigation and reduce long-term management and monitoring costs.

Reducing Customer Risk and Cost

SAIC’s LAM team develops and implements risk management approaches that can result in significant reductions in customers’ pipeline portfolio management and maintenance costs. In addition, our risk management approaches strategically limit site assessments in areas where no human health or environmental drivers exist. Our risk management strategies provide customers the opportunity to participate in the planning phase of land development and infrastructure construction projects.

Industry Expertise

SAIC has the technical experience and depth to manage pipeline and contaminated property liability situations that are complex and geographically diverse. The core of SAIC’s LAM program success includes a diverse mix of expertise, including geologists, environmental engineers, land-use and transportation planners, Geographic Information System (GIS) analysts, software developers, and database specialists.

SAIC is experienced at developing and delivering Web-based risk management systems and has a proven track record of working with our customers to identify existing and potential risk scenarios posed to legacy petroleum portfolios.

In addition, our extensive information technology (IT) and GIS-related experience allows us to develop and provide a wide array of centralized, Web-based liability and asset management services.
