SAIC's broad range of in-house capabilities provide our customers with a single source of response for all of their refining, petrochemical, and chemical infrastructure needs. Our team includes personnel who specialize in business strategy, environmental sciences, safety, plant operations, hazardous material handling and disposal, architecture, and engineering. We are well versed in many aspects of upstream, midstream, and downstream projects, including station design, metering station interconnect design, pipelines, underground storage, and transmission.

SAIC offers integrated solutions for customers, from strategic planning and concept design through start-up and commissioning. Services span from design, permit support, and procurement through DesignBuild project delivery and engineer-procure-construct (EPC) project delivery.
