Digital Oilfield
The digital oilfield is a vision of utilizing technology to measure, model and predict the behavior of the producing asset in order to be able to make better decisions about increasing oil and gas production and maximize recoverable reserves. This all has to be accomplished while improving safety and efficiency. Our approach lies in exploiting our deep upstream industry expertise and our scientific, engineering and consulting capabilities as we collaborate with our oil company clients and their selected teammates to achieve solutions that transform oil and gas operations.

Broadband Integration for Oil and Gas
We integrated a high-speed broadband satellite network that helps Halliburton's clients receive test drilling data more efficiently, and we are integrating a similar network for a major oil company. The network will deliver accounting data from remote locations faster so that invoices are issued more quickly, improving cash flow.
