SAIC routinely works with owners, developers, and builders to determine if their new or existing structures impact the site groundwater systems. In such cases, SAIC can seamlessly integrate hydrogeology solutions into DesignBuildSM services to minimize disruption to or contamination of the groundwater system or help ensure the groundwater poses no risk to construction.

SAIC also helps wastewater dischargers develop wastewater effluent groundwater recharge systems in areas where surface water discharge options are limited. These include leach field systems, drip irrigation systems, slow-rate land applications, rapid infiltration, reuse and irrigation, and vertical discharge systems.
