About SAIC in Europe

SAIC first arrived in the UK in 1989, providing experience gained with the US government to the UK's defence industry. Our UK commercial growth began in 1993 with an oil and gas outsourcing contract in Aberdeen, and a joint venture with ScottishPower led us to further develop our utilities market capabilities and offerings. We have been providing business, management and technical consulting services to commercial and government clients in the UK since 1999.

From around 10 key UK locations, and other sites across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, including France and Azerbaijan, we support a portfolio of international clients in our key strategic markets of oil and gas, utilities, public sector and pharmaceuticals. Our SAIC India organization provides high-quality offshore capability to help clients provide services 24/7 and reduce cost.

SAIC provides IT support services in areas that include data life-cycle management, asset management, business analysis and transformation, infrastructure and network services, and software and solution development.
