The Site Fuels Management (SFM) system is a 'virtual' remote site, back office system for the management and reconciliation of fuel stocks.
A 'Virtual' Remote Site
Primarily targeted at the management and staff of retail sites and other remote fuel stocking locations, SFM provides the following functionality:
- Captures all fuels related activities at the site via Point of Sale (POS)
- Data on planned replenishments
- Enables daily reconciliation of site stocks
- Provides basis for all environmental reporting
- Provides fuels sales analysis
- Month-to-date monitoring of stock loss
- Ability to capture competitor price information, with automated feeds to Head Office pricing function
- Tactical pricing tool (targeted at franchisees), to support pricing decisions
- Site accessed remotely over the intranet or internet
