SAIC Honored at Design Competition
Design experts from SAIC recently placed third in SuperSkyScrapers' Competition to design a hotel tower and sky garden space.
The competition asked participants to create an inspirational, high-quality hotel development concept that would set a new standard of urban and contemporary high-rise building design in Manhattan. SAIC's imaginative building design "Swing on Broadway" maximized the developmental potential of the site while reflecting the natural topography and complementing the river view.

Sustainable Design
A key element to SAIC's "Swing on Broadway" building design included mitigating sustainability issues from sun and water that are typical of skyscraper architecture. Incorporated into the aesthetics of the design is a photovoltaic curtain wall system included in the southern facing facade to mitigate overheating and use of solar energy. The building's conservatory space includes a living green roof to help mitigate
stormwater run-off.

University of Oklahoma, Health and Sciences Center
SAIC provided a full architecture/engineering, planning, and design services for the University of Oklahoma, Health and Sciences Center to create a facility that helps bring students and faculty a higher level of education.
Target Corporation
Target Corporation commissioned SAIC to provide architecture/engineering (A/E) design services to complete construction documents for renovations, expansions, and new construction of multiple Target facilities.
