SAIC Allies with C3 in Energy Management

In order to thrive and grow in today's business market, organizations will have to adapt their business strategies and develop new competencies in their energy and resource usage. In 2011, SAIC entered into a strategic alliance with C3, an energy and emissions management solutions provider. With the alliance, SAIC will use the C3 platform to model, analyze, and optimize energy use at our own facilities and deliver integrated solutions to customers. The two companies recently strengthened their alliance to deliver solutions for commercial, industrial, and government customers that accelerate time to value, reduce risk, and minimize costs.

C3 provides energy and emission management solutions that enable organizations to monitor, mitigate, and monetize energy usage and associated greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. It does this by delivering solutions to maximize profitability and cash flow by optimizing customers' energy and resource strategies while minimizing their carbon and environmental footprint.

Delivering Increased Value to Our Customers

"During the evaluation of C3 as our internal energy and emissions management solution, it became readily apparent that there was a compelling opportunity to deliver additional value to our customers," said J.T. "Through our alliance with C3, we will integrate the C3 Enterprise Management™ platform with SAIC's suite of energy management services to deliver joint solutions to the large commercial, industrial, utility, and government markets."
