SAIC explores and incorporates all the positive aspects of the local topography, climate, natural resources, vegetation, infrastructure and surrounding and proposed architectural features while mitigating the undesirable site aspects to create aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable environments that meet or exceed our customers’ needs.
SAIC's landscape architects integrate historical context, natural features, and anticipated site use to create attractive and sustainable exterior spaces. We integrate landscape designs as a natural extension of the surrounding architecture to establish interrelated environments that support a common vision. We create logical and engaging landscapes that work to achieve a natural balance between the built environment and the natural environment. SAIC designs take into consideration our customers' and users' needs for future expansion and/or functional modifications that may evolve over time.
SAIC's landscape architecture team works closely with our customers to develop aesthetic, innovative, sustainable design solutions. We are passionate about addressing the concerns for our environment and preserving our natural resources in every landscape architectural design.
