We tailor project close-out, start-up and commissioning processes to support the unique requirements of each project in coordination with our customer's own facilities operations and maintenance teams when applicable. Our integrated approach that starts with pre-construction activities and continues through the construction phase extends into project close out, enabling continuity through the entire project delivery process. The continuity of an integrated team allows SAIC and the customer to more effectively consider project close-out and turnover activities early in the project delivery process, thereby reducing risks associated with close-out.

SAIC's start-up and commissioning services range from simple operational checks and acceptance tests to complete integration with the owner's operations and maintenance teams through defined commissioning periods. Specific elements include:
