Integrated Intelligence Solutions

SAIC is an agile, flexible systems integrator and system developer dedicated to helping its customers and business colleagues complete critical missions successfully. We provide full life-cycle development and maintenance across a spectrum of technology areas for key intelligence customers and national security mission teammates.

Integrated Intelligence Solutions Technology Overview

Our team of experts creates innovative enterprise information technology, computer science, systems engineering, software development, and information assurance for its customers. A core competency is our geospatial intelligence for SAIC customers, and we leverage a talented and experienced employee base that sets the standard when it comes to flawless program execution and new opportunity development. Each day, the intelligence support we provide to decision-makers and those who plan and execute important missions is helping to solve difficult problems of national significance. Our efforts result in highly actionable information for stateside and deployed military and government users across the entire national security spectrum.

SensorWeb

SensorWeb is an open standards-based, service-oriented architecture for sensor management, control, and dissemination that integrates end-to-end sensor operations into an intuitive interface for users in the field or at national command centers. It is designed to provide persistent sensor data and situational awareness to decision-makers, warfighters, collection system operators, and integration centers tailored to their operational requirements.

SensorWeb provides comprehensive ingestion, storage, search, and dissemination of sensor observations for users at all levels. It enables both ready access to sensor observations and rapid discovery of sensors and capabilities. Sensors are searchable by modality, geospatial coordinates, and temporal criteria, while user-defined sensor alerts can further ensure that users receive only the right data at the right time.

Context and Fusion Support System (CFS2)

CFS2 is an innovative, end-to-end, entity-based fusion system that accommodates both traditional sensor data and text-based data sources possessing semantic descriptions of location and time. Analytic services provided include automated semantic space and time normalization. Key capabilities of the CFS2 offering include high-value entity discovery and the ability for the user to make entity association with user-defined key locations as well as the generation of static and dynamic context to support behavior understanding for individual entities and groups.

Advanced GEOINT Framework

SAIC’s geospatial, multi-intelligence framework seamlessly integrates multiple sensor types into a consistent, thin-client environment to deliver “big data” to analysts through a standard web browser using existing communications infrastructure, including mobile devices, for on-demand situational awareness. The data-side service provides access to the chip, frame, or subset of data that is relevant to an analyst without requiring download or storing of the data. In addition, the framework’s web-based analytics support enhanced manipulation, interpretation, and understanding of content from a range of sensor phenomenologies.
