Intelligence for the Warfighter
SAIC delivers end-to-end systems engineering, deployment and mission support, and training to aid U.S. government agencies in rapidly collecting, visualizing, and acting on timely information. PED encompasses systems that perform processing (converting raw data into a usable format); assist in advanced exploitation (extracting and fusing information from all sources); and move, distribute, and store the data. PED also involves designing, developing, integrating, and sustaining intelligence workflow systems from the point of collection to intelligence production for the purpose of making data relevant and actionable.
Much of SAIC's work in the PED area is focused on integrating emerging technology, such as cloud computing and full-motion imagery.
As an industry leader, SAIC has years of experience in information exploitation and knowledge management solutions. This expertise, in conjunction with user requirements, led to the development of the AIMES product line, designed to provide end-to-end high definition video processing for surveillance operations.
