Operations Management
Operations Management is a set of integrated services targeted at both voice and data network and audio/video network customers who would benefit from SAIC's investments, processes, and experience in providing a complete networking solution. Under this scenario, SAIC handles the day-to-day functions of the Network Operating Center/Network Service Center, network management, Tier 1/2/3 technical support and asset management. SAIC takes responsibility for managing infrastructure operations of the networking environment. Operations Management is most successful following a complete Network Assessment and Planning engagement coupled with development of Continuity of Operations Planning and Concept of Operations planning projects.
