Training & Mentoring

The goal of SAIC's IT and Training Services (ITTS) Program is to create a fast-track, high quality skills building environment, for the busy professional who needs to receive a maximum amount of cutting edge information in a minimum amount of time. We offer innovative training and mentoring services which emphasize the building of productive project managers and team members.

Our courses and seminars are instructor-led, one to three days in length, and designed specifically to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of professionals. In addition, we can tailor and conduct courses at customers' sites to meet their specific training needs and using work-related problems and examples.

Our Mentoring by Objectives (MBO) methodology complements training with hands-on mentoring. The life cycle of a mentoring project starts with the development of realistic objectives, creating a plan with a schedule and cost estimates to achieve objectives and measuring progress against plan. Our mentors are subject matter experts with many years of technical and/or project management experience.

SAIC ITTS offers training classes in Microsoft Office, Project Management, Systems Engineering and CMMI.
