Course Description This one-day instructor-led course is designed to build your skills with advanced features of Microsoft Project 2003. This course teaches you advanced skills in organizing formatting printing and exporting Project Data for publication; to create common resource pools, consolidate multiple projects into a master schedule, and link tasks between multiple projects; use of advanced task Tracking and generation of earned value management data; Tracking changes to bring a project back on track. The textbook used for this class is approved courseware for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) exam.
