Introduction to Project Management & CMMI Course #SMS801
Time	Three-Day Class 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is a one-hour lunch, which is on your own.
Course Description	This three-day course will introduce students to the principles of Project Management (PM) using the PMBOK® Guide and the SEI CMMI Model. After completion of the course, students will be able to implement PM & CMMI processes, tools and techniques in their organizations.
