Registration and General Information
To Register for a Course:
- SAIC Employees - Please register online through the course catalog on ISSAIC.
- For All Others - Complete one registration form per participant. Print your name clearly and as you would like it to appear on your certificate. Fax your completed registration form to the SAIC IT and Training Services (ITTS) Program at 757-826-6017.
A registration confirmation will be emailed to you five (5) business days before scheduled class date. If you do not receive a confirmation or cancellation email from ITTS five (5) business days prior to the class, please contact the ITTS office. Course Hours
Most courses begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately 4:30 p.m, unless otherwise posted on outline. There is a one-hour lunch, which is on your own. See Course Schedule for dates courses are offered.

Course Fees
Please see schedule listing for course fees. Course fees cover all course materials, refreshments and your official SAIC certificate of completion, which will be disseminated at completion of course. Please note that a $100 administrative fee is included in the course fee.
Payment Methods
SAIC ITTS Program accepts the following payment methods:
- SAIC Employees - Company Charge Number.
- Commercial Company Employees with Company Endorsement - Company Checks, Company Visa, Company MasterCard (management must sign company endorsement section on registration form); No personal payments will be accepted.
- U.S. Government Personnel/Agencies - DoD Form 1556, IMPAC Card or Purchase Order.
SAIC must receive full payment before students may attend the course.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and full refund is allowed if written concellation is received in our office 7 business days prior to the date of the course. Registrants can also send a substitute to attend in your place with no penalty. Registrants who do not attend the course, do not cancel more than 7 business days in advance, or do not send a substitute are responsible for the full fee.
SAIC ITTS program reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, to make changes to any of the courses described in this catalog or to cancel a course at any time without notice or liability. If we must cancel a course for any reason, registrants will receive a full refund of course fees paid. SAIC ITTS program will endeavor to give enrollees as much advanced notice as possible of any change to their enrollment.

MOS Courseware and Certification
All Office courseware used is approved courseware for the MOS exam. SAIC ITTS program does not conduct MOS certification exams. For more information on MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) certification or to find an authorized testing center, please visit www.microsoft.com.
