How will I know if my registration and resume have been received?

You will receive an automatic email confirmation when you submit your registration information and resume via this web site.

When I try to attach my resume either in the field suggested or the other information field, I do not see the full resume. Is this function normal?

Yes, the "Submit Resume" function is working correctly. The text box shows only a portion of the fully qualified path name for the attached resume. You can scroll to the right to see the full name.

If I submit a resume, will it be kept confidential or will you share this information with my current company?

All expressions of interest will be held in strictest confidence.

I made a mistake when submitting my resume to the web site. How do I correct the resume?

Resubmit your registration form and resume to the web site.

I put in my company email address and work number. Should I have put in my personal email address and home number? Does it matter?

A personal email address and home phone number are preferred. SAIC does not want to disrupt work operations and prefers email addresses and phone numbers that do not interfere with the conduct of normal business. If you want to change your email address and/or phone number, please resubmit your registration form and resume as described above.

I just realized I attached/submitted the wrong document for my resume in the registration form. Should I resubmit my resume using the registration form?

Yes. In order for our records to be correct, SAIC asks you to resubmit both the registration form and a resume. Your prior submittal will be deleted from the record.

Is there any way to send an updated resume?

Yes. If you want to update your resume, resubmit your registration form and updated resume. The former resume you submitted will be deleted from our records.

My home address and possibly my home phone number are expected to change shortly. Is there a procedure to change employee information?

When your address and phone number change, you can update your registration form and resume, then resubmit to revise your records.

Where can I find information about your benefits?

General information about SAIC benefits may be found on the SAIC Careers web page. Specific benefits information will be distributed after contract award.

Will our years of service be kept intact (seniority) on the new contract? If so, how will this affect our vacation and sick leave accrual rate?

Prior service will be recognized for purposes of vesting in retirement and comprehensive leave accrual.

Currently, I have been reimbursed for education courses and expenses. With the change in companies, will this still be allowed?

SAIC has a Tuition Reimbursement program and encourages all employees to pursue additional job related education where feasible.

What will happen to the 401(k) plan that I have with my present employer?

If your 401(k) program permits employees to leave funds in the current plan, you may use that option or you may rollover the qualified 401(k) contributions to SAIC's 401(k) plan.
