SAIC is currently looking for candidates to join our Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) IT Support Services (ITSS) delivery team.
FERC is an independent regulatory agency within the Department of Energy (DOE) that promotes dependable, affordable energy through sustained competitive markets. To support FERC’s IT needs requires an examination of the ways in which we can streamline business processes and leverage advancements in a variety of IT areas to improve overall performance. In support of FERC’s mission, we must provide high quality services while also identifying improvement opportunities through greater efficiency. The SAIC FERC team will be engaged in consolidating existing systems, and deploying more advanced technologies to support improved data-driven decision making while ensuring uninterrupted services to end-users.
In anticipation of an award of the ITSS Contract by FERC, SAIC is identifying candidates (incumbent staff or nonincumbent/new staff) to fill positions associated with this award.
SAIC is seeking incumbent personnel and nonincumbents to staff this program to fill the following types of positions:
- Project managers
- Enterprise architects
- Tier 1 and 2 service desk support staff
- Server administrators
- Network administrators
- Data center staff
- VTC support staff
- SharePoint support staff
- Telephony/UCC system support staff
- Email administrators
- Information security staff
- Systems development and engineering staff
- Document operations and records management staff
