February 2010 SAIC developed the architecture and common components in the U.S. Army's virtual and constructive training simulation systems for the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation --Synthetic Environment Core or SE Core for virtual simulation, and One Semi-Automated Forces or OneSAF for computer-generated forces simulation. Today they fully integrate and interoperate, training warfighters in the same Contemporary Operational Environment.
