Technical computing services - We support and maintain a wealth of applications and related technology through onsite and offsite hosting environments. Specific enterprise IT services for technical computing include data center facilities, project management discipline, systems management and engineering, backup/restore and disaster recovery, and system monitoring. Our experience includes all major operating systems. We can provide specialized enterprise IT service supported by our existing service centers and proactively manage and monitor infrastructure and software via our Integrated Services Management Center (ISMC).
Managed network services - SAIC manages its client's voice, video, and data networks from the client's Network Operating Center (NOC) or from SAIC's Network and Security Operations Center NSOC, integrated into the ISMC for automated, proactive network monitoring and single-point-of-contact accountability.
End-user computing services - Our enterprise IT services include desktop services that encompass the entire life cycle, from acquisition to disposal. We combine local personnel with detailed experience in the client's requirements with high-quality, cost-effective resources. We implement and support end-user computing enterprise IT services in a totally packaged, managed service on a per-seat per-month basis to lower costs and increase flexibility.
Service desk - We provide service desk support through a customer-centric approach. Based on customer requirements, we apply dedicated and/or non-dedicated support on a 24x7 basis worldwide. Our service desk agents receive automated alerts to proactively monitor network, voice, security, and servers.
Our centers provide world-class management of a wide range of applications in the areas of exploration, production, retail, transportation, logistics, power generation and distribution, and process manufacturing.
Enterprise IT services at our centers include project management, e-business integration, software management and distribution, software maintenance and enhancements, software design and development. Our centers also provide application portfolio management and rationalization support, commercial package integration support, application development and maintenance support, data management, peer group/business unit support and supplier management.
These enterprise IT services are integrated into our Enterprise Customer Services organization, which consolidates desktop, telecommunications, and other key service lines via a common help desk. We also have an integrated offshore capability through SAIC India, seamlessly blending with our onshore facilities through common, proven processes.
