Quicklock Cargo Restraint System

The Quicklock Cargo Restraint System allows for secure tie-down of almost any cargo shape. This product is designed to prevent damage to and loss of your equipment while in transit.

Overview

With approximately 60 tie-down points per square foot, this easily configurable cargo restraint system provides enhanced security for the transportation of general cargo and C4ISR systems within mobility platforms. The Quicklock Cargo Restraint System has been selected as an integration solution for multiple U.S. Army and Marine Corps C4ISR programs and is currently installed in thousands of vehicles. A number of vehicle manufacturers have also proposed Quicklock in their designs for U.S. military vehicle contracts.

Applications

Quicklock strips may be mounted on ceilings and struts in either containers or vehicles to maximize useable space allowing for interior configurations of equipment and gear based on immediate needs. Quicklock skids (plates) may also be configured on a larger scale to enable multiple configurations allowing for more storage and a safer means of securing equipment and cargo in containers, trailers, boats and vehicles.

Features

Quicklock comes in both skid and strip designs to easily meet your specifications. The versatility of Quicklock is a result of its ability to configure the solution to meet the design specifications of each application. Utilizing both skid designs of various lengths and widths or strips, cargo can be secured horizontally, vertically and even on ceilings. "Swing-away" laptop mounts are also examples of the configuration versatility of this product.

Quicklock is available in 6061 T6 aluminum with 7,000 pounds of single-point vertical pull strength.

Benefits

  • Durable, maintenance-free materials
The Quicklock track design allows for easy cleaning using water or air pressure to clear debris, dust and other materials. To help reduce weight on vehicles and boats, Quicklock can be used as the vehicle bed or boat deck. For example, a new riverine craft design will incorporate Quicklock as the forward deck where tactical gear will be transported.
  • Easy Installation
In many cases, Quicklock can be installed in less than 30 minutes. The design allows for easy integration into practically any vehicle platform such as the HMMWV, MRAP and heavy-duty trucks. Quicklock is also installed on military trailers, commercial trucks and maritime craft such as RIB and assault boats.
  • Cargo shape and size does not matter
With up to 60 tie-down points/square foot, the size, shape and type of equipment to be secured is not an obstacle. From rucksacks and ammunition cans to sensitive jamming and communications gear, practically any piece of equipment is easily, quickly and safely secured.
