AD16™ Compact Equipment Set

Overview

SAIC developed the Compact Equipment Set (CES) as a miniaturized version of the AD16 equipment family.

Applications

The AD16 CES is an autonomous, self-forming, self-healing, wireless mesh network that works with a wide range of data types and platforms. AD16 establishes a high-bandwidth, long-range data link between command posts and mobile sensor platforms. The system is field-proven on stationary and mobile platforms – including a variety of vehicles and aircraft – providing multiple simultaneous links.

The CES is fully compatible with the previously developed, larger variants of equipment in the AD16 family.
