Missile Conversion Tool (MCT)
Overview
Missile Conversion Tool provides a bridge between specialized missile simulation tools and Analytical Graphics Inc.'s Satellite Tool Kit® (STK®) software. View Strategic and Theater Attack Modeling Process (STAMP) and Digital Integrated Combat Evaluator (DICE) simulation outputs in 2-D and 3-D. Convert files to STK format and integrate them in your air/space/ground analysis.
Applications
Users of STAMP and DICE and compatible DoD ballistic missile simulations can visualize the results of their simulations by converting the output to STK® software-compatible ephemeris and attitude files. Use the powerful visualization capabilities of STK/VO® software to create 2-D maps, 3-D stills and movies, and place missile trajectory output among the other ground, air, and space elements in your scenario.
MCT runs on Windows® and Unix® operating systems. It converts STAMP boost, post-boost vehicle, auxiliary, and object files, and DICE binary data files. Compatible with STAMP 2003, 2002, and versions prior to 2002.
Features
- Converts STAMP .bst, .pbv, .aux, and .obj files to STK® software .e and .a files.
- Converts DICE .dat files to STK.
- Easy to use GUI.
- Convert single objects, or entire vehicles and their components.
Benefits
- Simplifies visualization of missile simulation output. See missile trajectories directly rather than paging through numbers or plots.
- Rapid conversion of files.
- Make maximal use of industry-standard missile simulations.
