Combat Vehicle System (CVS)

Overview

The CVS Kit provides different vehicles of today and tomorrow with a high-fidelity, state-of-the-art detection system for force-on-force training exercises in a MILES-based live training environment and at the combat training centers.

Applications

The CVS Common Kit incorporates a modular and adaptable wireless, tactical engagement and instrumentation system. Its wireless system design reduces installation time and soldier intrusiveness. Vehicle adapter kits, like the Abrams Main Battle Tank, the Bradley Fighting Vehicle, and their respective variants, are easily added to the CVS Common Kit to create a complete vehicle system.

The components of the common CVS Kit include:

Like all SAIC TES training systems, the CVS Common Kit supports tough realistic force-on-force training exercises with wireless, laser common components which are interoperable throughout SAIC's dismounted and mounted systems.
